Frank Liebmann

Frank Liebmann graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for Fluke Corporation in American Fork, Utah as an engineer since 2003. Since 2005, he has worked on establishing and maintaining radiation thermometry metrology at Fluke. This work has included the establishment of a series of blackbody sources and flat plate infrared calibrators and NVLAP accreditation for two different radiometric calibrations at Fluke in American Fork. He is currently serving as chairman for ASTM E20.02 Subcommittee on Radiation Thermometry and is an ASTM Fellow.
