Calibration Calculators and Table Generators
Freely use the following online, calibration-related calculators and table generators.
Use this tool to calculate temperature and resistance values from the standard PT100 curves. Select the temperature unit, type of PT100 curve you need, PT-385 or PT-392, and the R0 (resistance at 0 °C) value. The calculator with produce a temperature value from an entered resistance or calculate resistance and thermometer sensitivity values from an entered temperature. |
|
Use this PT100 Table Generator to generate a custom PT100, PT500, or PT1000 resistance table in Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin, by PT-385 or PT-392 thermometer type in any increment that you can download as a CSV and print. |

ITS-90 Reference Function Calculator Select one of the 12 ITS-90 fixed-points from the keypad, or type a temperature between 259.3467 °C (13.8033 K) and 961.78 °C (1234.93 K) into the Temperature window and press Calculate. The calculator will produce the ITS-90 reference function value Wr) and the sensitivity (dT/dW) for that temperature. Wr is a resistance ratio (RT90/RTPW) that represents the ideal behavior of platinum resistance thermometers that meet the ITS-90 definition. dT/dW describes the slope of the reference function at the selected temperature and can be used to calculate the impact of an incremental change in temperature on Wr. |

Thermocouple Table Voltage Calculator Select one of the 8 letter-designated thermocouple types from the console, type any temperature within the thermocouples range into the Temperature window and press calculate. The calculator will produce the NIST thermocouple table value for that temperature along with the sensitivity or Seebeck coefficient (dV/dT). |

Thermocouple Temperature Calculator Select one of the 8 letter-designated thermocouple types from the console, type any voltage (mV) within the thermocouples range into the Thermocouple (mV) window and press calculate. The calculator will produce the NIST thermocouple table temperature value for that voltage along with the sensitivity or Seebeck coefficient (dV/dT). |
