Instructions:
Download the file by clicking on "PPC4 v1.2.6.14.bin". Run Winflash and select the file downloaded as the file to write to the product. Make sure the correct COM port of the product is connected to a RS232 port on the host PC. Use a null modem cable to COM2 port of PG7000 Piston Gauge. Use a standard RS232 cable to COM1 port of PPC, PPC, RPM and molbox. The updating of embedded software should only be performed after given specific instructions to do so from a Fluke Calibration Authorized Service Center ». If the update isn't performed properly, your product will be inoperable until it is.

CHG (PPC-355):SI and US model PPC4s now support the same set of available Autorange values for a given QRPT. The default range values are still consistent with the SI and US model definitions. Previously a US A1000 psi PPC4 could not be Autoranged to 7MPa. FIX (PPC-358):Setting low negative gauge pressures did not use the proper internal controller logic preventing the pressure targets from being achieved. FIX (PPC-342):When the security level prevents changing a value, the PPC4 allows the field to be edited but did not restore it. The security protected fields are now properly restored. FIX (PPC-327):The hold limit and stability limit values were not preserved after a power cycle unless the unit of measure, resolution or upper limit was also changed. FIX (PPC-322):The "ARANGE" command did not work properly when attempting to auto range the BA 100K. FIX (PPC-311):The secondary password used when the original password is forgotten, did not allow the security level to be changed. FIX (PPC-363):Selecting the maximum resolution on the PPC4 basic interface creates a memory fault.

Ver 1.00d (2009 Jun 15) ADD: Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish are supported in the advanced user interface. An Earth icon on the main run screen accesses the language selection screen. FIX: PPC4 with external RPM4 active in negative gauge mode alarms and will not set pressure when indicated pressure is negative.
Ver 1.00c (2009 Mar 02) ADD: Support a "knob jog" secondary pane option when the PPC4 is actively controlling a pressure in dynamic control mode. ADD: Command Interpreter functionality added to interpret the remote commands of other pressure controllers. CHG: Support up to 20 Advanced Auto Tests rather than 10. This firmware release will erase any existing Auto Tests. FIX: AutoTest with non-zero start point still displayed "0 to ..." as label FIX: Cannot edit date for barometer calibration in standard display model. FIX: Change user unit coef range from "0.001,1000" to "0.000001,1000" FIX: PON bit of the "*ESR?" query always clear.
Ver 1.00b (2008 Aug 12) FIX: Low pressure control can be unstable, and not get Ready. FIX: Pressure control should detect instability and make necessary corrections in control times to stabilize.
